What would you do if you were on a plane that was hijacked?

The flight data recorder or ‘black box’ as it is usually called records everything in an emergency when a plane is in flight. Stuff like engine fire and failure, hijacking, or if it suddenly depressurizes. All I’m saying is what if the black boxes were recovered from ground zero? Would it have made difference?
